Puerto Rican Style Beans
Pink beans with diced potatoes seasoned to perfection and ready in less than 20 minutes.
My husband's favorite meal is rice and beans so this side dish is always a hit in my home. You can use dried beans which I often do, but during the week when I want to make a quick meal, canned beans work perfectly fine. Also works with red beans. Serve over rice.
